This is meant to help you or your friends understand if it is the right time to give a call for example.

A time zone is an area of the land surface that observes a uniform time anywhere. For practical reasons, these spindles tend to follow the boundaries of the countries or their subdivisions. Generally, they differ from the coordinated universal time of a number of whole hours, but some are offset by 30 or 45 minutes. At high latitudes, some countries make use of one summer time for part of the year, thus modifying their time zone.
